I’m Hartmut Guy, former actor and cabaret artist. I not only feel committed to the arts but also see it as a special honour to make my guests feel warmly welcome on my premises and to provide them with the same hospitality they would receive in my own living room.

In other words, I’m a restaurateur with conviction and have been one for more than 18 years now.

Because of my French heritage, I feel a strong affiliation with the French way of life and enjoy teaming exquisite food with fine wines. For me, this includes conveying an atmosphere of well-being, with no stiff and starchy formality, creating a sense of fun in a tasteful environment and enjoying a casual chat with my guests.
